Playoff and championship Trophies

Good morning. While winning a sugar bowl game, my opponent purposely disconnected their internet and forfeited the game. Although I won, I did not receive the sugar bowl trophy nor is it displaying in my trophies room. Could possibly assist on how I could correct this issue? Thanks
