I am following up on this one. Apologies for the delay. If you are still having an issue with the Rank missing, please send me a screenshot of your current game showing that.
I get that there is no reason to grind if it doesn't update or push you along. I followed up on it today, so I am waiting to see what's happening with this one.

Please bring this to the attention of someone, with the intent to resolve it with urgency. We are on a week of nothing being done.
This is the favorite mode for a lot of us and it's unplayable until rankings and playoffs are implemented again.
I have reported the issue and strongly encourage others to report as well.
