I am having this issue as well. Currently sitting at 9-2 with one game to go and ranked 90th. I am holding off playing game 12 in hopes this gets fixed and the rankings get updated. Does EA sports have a technical number or email we can contact to hopefully get an answer or update?

Community ManagerJoynerDeercreek Support does not have the option to resolve this one. This is something that the team has to look at on their end and provide an update. There isn't a technical phone number you can call and get updates or a fix, as it is widespread with many players.
Do you know when the issue started?
As someone who plays the game every day, it started last week. I was playing a game then the game disconnected due to “maintenance “ once the maintenance was done we weren’t able to reach the playoffs!
