Road To CFB Ranking Missing After Maintenance

Its a holiday weekend so I'm expecting a fix this week. Unless you just wanna play a few games, I'd suggest waiting till a fix is in place. Between not being able to progress and matchmaking   being on ultra difficult past week might just be a time to take a week or so away from the game.

There is no need for you to worry as many players world wide are facing this issue, I assure you that this will be resolved at the earliest however it will be difficult to comment on exact time frame.

As someone who plays the game every day, it started last week. I was playing a game then the game disconnected due to “maintenance “ once the maintenance was done we weren’t able to reach the playoffs!

Do you know when the issue started?

JoynerDeercreek​ Support does not have the option to resolve this one. This is something that the team has to look at on their end and provide an update. There isn't a technical phone number you can call and get updates or a fix, as it is widespread with many players. 

Any update at all? Sitting at 9-2 ranked 90th, no movement the whole season. Holding off playing the last game hoping everything gets fixed and updated first

I am having this issue as well. Currently sitting at 9-2 with one game to go and ranked 90th. I am holding off playing game 12 in hopes this gets fixed and the rankings get updated. Does EA sports have a technical number or email we can contact to hopefully get an answer or update?

Please bring this to the attention of someone, with the intent to resolve it with urgency. We are on a week of nothing being done.

This is the favorite mode for a lot of us and it's unplayable until rankings and playoffs are implemented again.

I have reported the issue and strongly encourage others to report as well.
