3 weeks and its still CRASHING every game

how can this game be crashing 3 weeks after the game came out.   Do the developers think its not a issue.  My game crashes 9 out of 10 games at least.  maybe 19 out of 20.  Not exaggerating at all.  3 weeks and still can't play the game I paid for.   People at EA should be ashamed.  Other companies would have a major issue,  game breaking issue fix in 2 days.  No matter how small of a group it is affecting.  I understand that this crashing issue is affecting probably like 2% of the players.    EA would rather fix the color of a in zone, or a celebration,  or tweak this or that.  Instead of fixing a issue where loyal fans CAN NOT FINISH A GAME ON A SINGLE PLAY MODE.   IF YOU CAN"T FIX IT PUT A SAVE IN GAME SO I CAN SAVE AFTER EVERY 3 OR 4 PLAYS AND RESUME AT MY SAVE POINT AFTER THE CRASH.   I really had no ideal EA was this bad.  This is crazy.  I really can't believe it
