Banned for playing to much?

I was just banned out of the blue for grinding the Thanksgiving promo. I thought it was glitched because usually it takes about 11 to 12 games to get 4 or 5 feathered token. I played 36 games before I finally got 1. Then started again played 2 or 3 games and all the sudden it just banned me. I 100% didn't nor do i ever Cheat. I hardly even play against anyone but the CPU. This is insane. All the time and money I've spent and they can just ban me for I guess the only possible reason is excessive playing? Granted I probably play more than I should but how's that against the rules? And if it is shouldn't we be told?

If you got an email regarding a ban, then it may be an actual ban rather than a kind of 'timeout'. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

How do I appeal a ban

    Thanks.

  • It said I was cheating, but I 100% wasn't. I do play an excessive amount. But that's not grounds for a ban is it? I was told that sometimes they false ban people.  What do you think,  I read the terms and policies and didn't break any rules.
