Bought a pack and didn’t get it.
I purchased the Junior pack. Then my game disconnected from EA servers. And straight up did not get the pack but it took my points.

Just to confirm, if you restart the game again after reconnecting and check your inventory page, does it then show up?
If you're still not seeing it appear after that point, it would be best to get in touch with our support team so they can take a look. Please be sure you contact them with the EA account linked to the Xbox account where that purchase was made.
Yeah I restarted my game and console and still no pack. Thank you for the help!!!
