Bugged/input delay/ im lost

I’ve been trying to reach someone for over a month now. Posting in these forums seems like a waste of time. There should be someone I can immediately speak to by phone

my quarterback can barely move in the pocket, passes always come out late/weird, the defenders get stuck or move the opposite direction. It feels like stick drift, but I have new controllers. Can I get some help??
