Defense being out of position

Is anyone else having a problem when playing online, when you make an adjustment or the opponent flips their play and your whole defense gets out of position? Like the past couple of games I played I put someone in a spy or qb contain and it has my corners and safeties have zone from across the field from where they are before snap leading to walk in TDS everytime. I have to reset all my adjustments just to get my players back into position but then get dotted up because I had to reset my whole play
