CFB26 / EA Games Crashing

Yeah I had an Xbox and everything was fine until I bought CFB 26. Installed it and tried to to play and the whole Xbox would turn off and no other games were effected. It happened a few times ont BF6 beta which I know is EA. It also happened once on Assassin's Creed Mirage. Took it to a repair shop and they had the issue replicate on a game they had and did a cleaning and redid thermal paste and they could not replicate the issue.

After getting it home I tried to play and again it happened so I took it back and theyt redid the thermal paste this time with a more advanced kind. They ran it for hours and no issues so I go to pick it up and happen to bring CFB 26 with me and boom xbox shuts off. Happened a few times at the shop so decided to just wait to play CFB 26. Get home and try to play BF6 beta and it shuts off the console again. I call the shop and we talk for a bit and i basically just ended up buying a new Xbox and dumping the old one possibly thinking it was my xbox.

Fast forward to today I have CFB installed but am kinda hesitant/scared to play it because I don't wanna go through that whole thing again especially reading it is still happening to people. Maybe it is just EA games but if that is the case then why did CFB 25 work just fine and all other EA games in the past?

Really wanna play CFB 26 but kinda wondering if I should just trade it in and get what I can for it because after having spent aprox $600 on a new console and it juts off again potentially damaging it is kinda crazy.

This is still happening to my game as well. I cannot believe that there have been no updates STILL. This has been the issue for me for months. How dare you, EA.

I wonder if it's the EA online overlap in these games that's causing the issue. Doesn't matter because EA won't fix it. I was denied a refund by Microsoft. Will not buy another EA product until this is addressed. Please nobody waste anymore money on it until they fix it. To fix it they have to first ACKNOWLEDGE IT.

Mines been crashing giving the connection failed error for the last month and if I try to reach out to EA they just say “oh try the troubleshooting tips” and when they don’t work they either just stop responding or say “we’ll have someone reach out” it’s been a month and still nothing. What kind of company makes this much money on the same game each year and still can figure it the **bleep** out or pay a decent customer service team?

I've had the same issue with CFB25 and now CFB26. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've never had so many issues with one game. Still hoping for the long shot that EA listens. EA_Kent stopped responding on the previous game as well
