CFB26 / EA Games Crashing

I'm making a fresh post as it seems EA_Kent​ , EA_Darko​ have stopped responding.

Xbox Series X
Gamertag & EA Account: Retropyro

Game crashes to dashboard constantly.  Now and then it will shut off the console. 
This only ever happens with EA made games, never any issue with Call of Duty, GTA V, Delta Force, Halo, Rainbow Six Siege etc.

Xbox Series X.

Fix attempts I have tried:

Delete and reinstall the game
Delete saved data
Delete profile and readd
Clear Alternate MAC Address
Delete persistent save data
Static IP (already done)
Port forward 
DMZ
Console cleaning (done by professional)
Redo thermal paste (done by professional)
Replace power cable
Replace HDMI cable
Use different profile
Reset console
Factory reset console
Add external fan
Remove expanded storage
Move game to expanded storage
Delete all games off internal storage except CFB 26
Turn off game capture
Turn off auto updates

All the above have failed.  

Looking to have the power supply replaced, but I don't want to spend the $125 to buy one only for it not even be the issue as the issue seems to be software.

Would love to see some from EA fully acknowledge the issue.  If it is something that is still being investigated, let us know.  Give us a weekly update just to let us know. 


If you can't replicate the issue internally, I will gladly let you take my console for testing (so long as you send me one of yours to use while you test)

    The game caused my whole xbox to just randomly turn off but it started happening on other games too so it might have been my xbox but not sure. I had the thermal paste and a cleaning done by a professionall and the crashing still happened. I ended up getting rid of that xbox and buying a new one.

    I installed CFB 26 on the new one but have not played it yet and am hesitant to because I don't want the issue to happen again. I had no issues at all with CFB 25 and to have preordered it and paid $70 is frustrating. I highly doubt I will preorder 27 if there is one.

    Bro me too I literally just made a post about it on here. It has gotten out of hand. I’ve never played a game to where it crashes my entire system and turns it off now it’s gone to the point where I can’t even press start to start the actual game, please let me know if you get in contact with somebody because I’m looking for contact info and waiting for somebody to respond to me

    Final Hail Mary happening next week.  

    Changing the V-Ram thermal pads.  Hard wiping the OS and doing a complete fresh OS install from a USB (if there are corrupted files, this is the only way to remove them, factory reset doesn't remove them).

    Pathetic how they won’t acknowledge this issue. Unplayable and stolen $ at this point
