I have been trying to use TeamBuilder since launch, and I keep getting an error screen that reads: "Error: The EA Servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.". I have tried Chrome and Edge, I've cleared my cookies and cache, is there a fix? I know it's working because a friend of mine is currently on the site creating a team. I understand it's launch day, but it is still frustrating nonetheless.
EA StaffHeya - If you're logged into the game, you can't log into the Team Builder website at the same time. Try closing the game, and then reopen the Team Builder site!
none of my previous teams have transferred over to cfb26 from cfb25. I thought that was supposed to occur?
EA StaffIf you created a team in College Football 25 that you want to use in College Football 26 - check the top right of the Team Builder website for an "IMPORT" button that will allow you to bring the teams you created and want in the new game!
I have tried to do this and I get this message:

At least one of your uploaded images failed to transfer. Please verify your images and try again.
Not sure how I can fix this and edit the team, but I do not want to have to make them from scratch as this took me hours to make the first time... Thank you for any help with this issue.
There is an option to transfer them in team builder. It doesn’t do it automatically. You have transfer your teams one by one (if you have more than one).
I'm not on the team builder website. It's not the site, I cant ever use it in dynasty. I can't even use Active Rosters in an online dynasty. It never loads. I had the same issue last year.
