Coach Suggestion Playbooks Show the Same Plays

When creating a custom playbook, the "Coach Suggestions" section in-game always present the same pool of plays, regardless of your star ratings/selections  in the "My Gameplan"  section in the custom...

I only play with custom playbooks. Is this also an issue if you select a non custom playbook?

I haven’t been able to tell for sure, but I don’t believe this is an issue with basic playbooks. However, the basic ones have a limited amount of plays so it presents a similar problem.
