College Football 26 Dynasty Results Crashing

Have been playing a offline dynasty mode at 15 minutes per quarter to try and gain as much Coach XP to get the coins for levelling up the coach build. I play the full 15 minute quarter game and for the first 4-5 weeks, it works fine and then from week 6 onwards, the result of the game is not the same in the home dynasty screen as it is at the end of game. Any suggestions as how to fix or is it just a issue of trying to do too much. Is there a score limit in the system which doesn't register after a certain number or am I just bugging out.
