Defensive secondary & Corners auto-flipping right before the ball is snapped

Is it me or do other people experience this as well when playing dynasty? The defensive secondary and corners flip right before the ball is snapped, in cover 4, cover 3, really any zone coverage honestly. I don’t know if this is a bug? But if so, it needs to be fixed. I’m tired of giving up 50-80 yard touchdowns because my defensive secondary or corners flip right before the ball gets snapped. (This mainly happens when QB makes an adjustment or in no huddle)
