Re: Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

I purchased the deluxe edition of the game but have not received anything that was included with the deluxe except for early access. I have tried talking to support several times but they were completely useless saying to reinstall the game and they will show up. I have reinstalled the game MULTIPLE times to no avail. I also still havnt recieved my Eric Dickerson that i grinded for in CFB 25. I am starting to get really pissed off as i paid a premium on the game to recieve more content but on day 3 still nothing. If i would have known this is how it was going to be i would have never even bought the game, but should have expected nothing less from EA. If anyone has a solution or the same issue I would love to hear it.
