EA PLAY and Trial issue

I have read on multiple threads that this is a recurring issue. I have EA PLAY on Xbox series x and I downloaded the trial version but now when I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game it still thinks I have the trial version. 

From other posts I have read I have done the following: 

-uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarting. I am unable to un link my EA account. There is no "upgrade options". 

Please help!
