Error code

Every time I load up the game and try to play Ultimate Team I get a error message saying that I was disconnected from the EA servers, it’s been like this for a month I deleted the game and redownloaded it and it worked for about a day before I couldn’t play it again.I have no issues playing other EA games like Fc26 and Madden.
