I recently downloaded NCAA college football for my Xbox series s. I had used the free trial way back at game launch. Now however the full game is on gamepass ultimate. I download the game again and it keeps giving me the error that says free trial has expired and I must purchase the full game. I've tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the game. Deleted saves and the error persists.
I believe this same issue is impacting hundreds (or more) of folksEA_Barry as there are several open topics about this. It seems unlikely that all of us are having account issues, but if we are, this would appear to be an issue with EA on the matter. A friend of mine is having the same problem and has not been able to get this resolved or play the game. If someone at large could look into this problem, I think a lot of people would appreciate it.
