Game Crashing [Info Requested]

From what I’ve played, the game is great and I’m excited to jump in, but I can’t get through a full game without the system (series x) shutting down completely. I notice the other replies suggesting this has been a persisting issue that has not been resolved, and I did have the same issue with CFB 25 last year. After an update however I was no longer experiencing this and was able to play throughout the year without fail. I have a day 1 Series X so I will open it up for cleaning as well as clear cache etc. though it is worth noting that this is the only game that I own that causes complete system failure. . Thanks
