Give us the option to use #0 in teambuilder

There is several players in the game already who wear #0. We should be able to use it in our custom rosters too. I have 1 more person I want to make and give #0 but there isn't an option to. This should be an easy change to enable us to use it. It isn't a huge problem but it would be a nice addition to give us the option.
