HOTFIX this game

Please update this game! Playing Dynasty on Heisman and my center REFUSES to block the A gap. Tackle goes downfield to block a safety on DIVE plays instead of the DE right in front of them. Every 3rd or 4th and long the CPU makes a first down or TD on a slant pass play with hard flats AND an overhang defender. Now the most recent. First game in season 2 of Dynasty and I have 10 men on the field ( See attachment). No eplaination. no depth chart fix there's just a big RED 0 where a player should be in the formation. I've snapped the ball twice in one drive with only 10 players on the field. HOW THE F(*T*&^%*&% DOES THAT HAPPEN????? I've litterally played EA games (Madden, NCAA, etc.) for over 30 years and was totally stoked for this year's version. Better visually, but gameplay is absolutely horrendous. Fix this. HOT FIX or go back to the drawing board.
