I'm trying to create a team in Teambuilder with the name "Obihiro", which is the name of a real city in Japan. However, I'm being blocked because of a "profanity check". Obihiro is nowhere close to any known profanity I can find. Why is it being flagged? How can we fix it?
I'm gonna sound like Jerry Seinfeld here, but what's the deal with censoring the last name Bundy? My last name is Bundy, and I haven't been able to use it in 25 and now 26 - not to create me, of course, but to create "4 TDs in a single game" - Al Bundy for a coach and player.
So lame if they are basing it off of Ted Bundy, and that's why it's blocked and censored? Y'know, there's more than one person with that last name.
The same applies to censoring or blocking the word "groom." I was trying to create the Groom Lake Aliens in 25, and of course, you can't use the word groom, again, based on one definition.
What exactly is EA going to do about it? Have you addressed your issues with them? What did they say?
They should at least see it on their forum; otherwise, I have no idea how to inform them.
Isn't it odd that they don't have a customer support phone number or e-mail address? Or even a ticket system? With all the money that people are paying for MUT and whatever, you'd think they could at least hire support agents.
A week has gone by, and NO RESPONSE FROM EA! I know they're answering other questions on other posts, so why are they ignoring mine?
