How can I get my national championship packs

This is probably my 4th time getting disconnected from my national championship game and only my national championship game I don’t disconnect in the first 6 games it’s always when I’m on my last game and it’s not like I play at the same time everyday I’m tired of ea support not able to help at all why am I prompted with a screen saying the results won’t be counted as a loss but I’m still with a loss and with no natty rewards it’s terrible. Don’t even get me started I played after it robbed me from my 4th natty my teammate still won the game btw as I’m getting the loss rewards my new card already shows a loss how does that make sense
