It might be a technical issue with the local device. I can recommend some TS steps that may help it appear. What device are you playing on?

I am using a PS 5. I ended up purchasing a copy yesterday, and it worked just fine. Now I need EA to credit me back for the purchase I made on May 2nd. Can you advise?
