Losing connection

I am trying to play a game on my online dynasty. Approximately a minute in I lose connection to ea servers. No other connection losses and can immediately reconnect only to attempt to play and server...

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried all the connection troubleshooting steps here? Also, if you're using a wireless connection, switching to a wire should improve it.

We need more help then “switch to a wire” like give us some help everyone can use. Not everyone can use a wired connection and this is happening to tons of people find a fix.

    It's probably the single biggest reason for connection issues so using a wire is something we recommend before anything else.

        Did you power cycle your console and modem/router when switching to a wire?
