I am trying to play a game on my online dynasty. Approximately a minute in I lose connection to ea servers. No other connection losses and can immediately reconnect only to attempt to play and servers to drop again. I have checked my connection and have plenty of speed.
*Reset Xbox as well as shut down and unplugged
*Restart router
*shut down app
*check for game and Xbox updates
*cleared MAC address

I have tried that and my PS5 would not let me advance with the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I figured out the dns and still had the same server issue. Switched it back to original DNS. Completed a full system and router reset. STILL DOING SAYING THAT I CANNOT CONNECT TO EA SERVERS. I’ve been at this for a week already and I need one of you to fix it please
I have 90+mbps up and down and have not had issues until the last 3 days so I highly doubt that is the problem as I can play every other game not ea flawlessly. But no matter how many resets I do or anything listed by you or EA nothing helps. After all the money I’ve spent between the game and ea play it’s ridiculous the the servers are this bad.
Okay day 8 of still being unable to play any EA games because EA servers lose my EA Account whenever I try to play. I have done all your troubleshooting and the issue still happens

Community ManagerPlease try the connection troubleshooting steps here. If you're on a wireless connection, try switching to a wire. If none of those help, give me some more details. When exactly are you disconnecting?
Also, are you able to switch to a mobile hotspot and connect? This would be only as a test.
We just keep going on circles. I have a PS5 and anytime I get on an online dynasty, my EA account gets disconnected from EA servers. I can only get through a couple plays before it drops out to main menu. It will reconnect and drop again if I try to play.
