My fiancé bought the college football bundle pack.

Hello! This is going to sound really stupid, but my fiancé bought that college football 26 delux bundle pack a while ago and when he went to go load up the game it’s saying he no longer has it and has to buy it again. He bought it for his Xbox and he’s played it practically everyday once he’s out of work and all of a sudden it’s gone. Is there anyway someone could help us figure it out?
