My friend didn’t get his preorder bonus

My friends preordered cfb26 but because he didn’t start a dynasty before the end of the day July 10th he didn’t get his bonus !!! Is there anyway to fix this EA ? I just read the disclaimer and it said you had to do it before the 10th but that’s lunch day and some people like my friend didn’t have time to play that day and I’m sure has never read the disclaimer for a game before. This feel really unfair and wrong because he ordered the standard addition of the game so he couldn’t even get the game he preordered till the 10th and was’t able to mess with the modes it was locked be hide till today only to find out he was to late to even use them is there away someone can help with this ?
