My team is not fielding 11 players on offense or defense

After year 2 of dynasty mode on Xbox, my team doesn’t field 11 players in all formations on offense or defense. WR’s, RB’s, or LB’s are missing or a Punter will be positioned where the RB should be. This is unplayable. What is going on? Will it be fixed? It already crashes every other time I’m mid-game, so this has been a really poor experience.
