I wonder if they could compare the codes of all the games with crashing errors and potentially locate the problem that way or the similarities
you would think they could do something like that. But that would mean they care about fixing this issue. And I'm pretty sure they don't couldn't care less about it. It not happening to enough players for them to care about. They would rather fix a mascots hand, or add logos to back plates, or change the players ratings. Not fix a game breaking issue.
