PLEASE GIVE US AN UPDATE ON CRASHING ISSUE

EA_Kent​ EA_Darko​  why are you and EA hiding  and not communicating on the issue? This is beyond ridiculous everyone is posting about this and the other  thread alone has over 750 replies to it. What is it going to take for this company to acknowledge it’s an issue on your side? This is outrageous and unacceptable, you can take this post down and hide it like you’ve been doing and you’ll  take a post down if we threaten a class action law suit. If it’s not your fault why take the post down? Is a law suit the only way we can get any sort of comms on this? This is happening in the new nhl game too but you’re going to say it’s our system again? Go get a fan to cool the Xbox down? What part of this only happens when playing EA games do you and your team not understand?  Any sort of communication would be nice, and if the issue isn’t going to be fixed tell us that’s better than nothing at all. Do your job as a community manager or get someone who can.
