Pre Order Deluxe Content Not Loading

Question

I purchased CFB26 Pre-order Deluxe edition on Xbox One. When I originally purchased the game, I received all the benefits of that higher priced package, including Dynasty Mode and RTG mode points. After the patch/updates, now the coach/RTG points will not load. The game seems to think I only purchased the regular version. I know that cannot be the case, as I still have an unopened Deluxe Preorder Bundle pack on Ultimate team. Is anyone else having this issue since the patch/update? Should I ask for a refund at this point? That was my primary motivator for purchasing at the higher price point

Additionally, I was requested to post on this forum by an EA "advisor" for the case number #220776400. They couldnt provide me with a receipt of the conversation, or any sort of expected timeline for follow-up before I should reach out again. Is this really how customer service is handled? Im kind of exasperated by the whole interaction and half a mind to request a refund given Im not receiving the product I paid for.
