QB slide not working after recent title update

I have run into an issue in CFB 26 where the QB slide command does not register and my QB instead dives when tapping the X button (Xbox). To check if this was a controller/user input error, I cross-checked this with Madden 26 (as it is the same command/input) and the QB slide mechanic was working in Madden. If there's anything I can do to try and work around this or resolve it please let me know
