No EA hasn't acknowledged the issue but to take it a step further. I'D also be willing to bet anything that they're actively suppressing Information on the internet. Notice that there's next to no posts on X/Twitter, no videos about this on YouTube or IG. It's as if were to believe that it's just us. All of that is extremely odd.

This has been my experience EXACTLY. I had no issues at all during my first season of dynasty mode. But now in season 2 I can’t get through a single game without it crashing. 

The crashes usually happen at the quarter break, 2 minute warning or during scores. 

I end up simulating the game which is frustrating because I didn’t buy this game to simulate everything.

I’m shocked and disappointed that EA hasn’t even acknowledged this as an issue which gives me no hope for a fix anytime soon.

Same issue here on PS5 at the exact same spot. Team builder team game one of year two, and can’t get past that game although I’ve tried about 10 times. I do not want to sim the game because I don’t feel I should have to. The most disheartening thing is the lack of response from EA. Even just an acknowledgment with no timeline for the fix would go a long way. But I feel this issue is being overlooked and it’s sad considering I support this franchise wholeheartedly. Hate to complain but this one is rough to deal with.

If you haven't done so already, go ahead and throw your crashing issues in the larger thread using the link below. It's already got EA Support members looking into it and has a ton of responses/followers. That is probably the post you were referencing when you said it was marked as solved, but they marked it that way so it stands out to people to follow it and comment on it. You are right though, I'm not seeing anything on YouTube or X/Twitter but I have seen a lottttt of Reddit posts about it and many of the Devs are in those Reddit groups. It's super frustrating cause I can't play a single game until it's fixed - every game I play crashes, even if I sim a game and move on to the next. Hoping it gets fixed soon.

the crashing started game 1 in my second season with my team builder, I thought it was a one off but then it kept happening, I got through that game eventually and then everything was okay for a little but then the crashing started again and has been giving me hell since. it’s just so annoying we pay all this money for them to not even give us what we pay for smh. if anyone finds a solution please let me know. EA is a bunch of bums who don’t give a **bleep** 

They might’ve marked it solved for visibility, but the fact remains that some of us that got it 3 days earlier couldn’t do CUT preorder challenges because the game kept crashing & they removed it after the scheduled release. It’s been going on 3 weeks now’s & I haven’t even been able to play through 1 season of dynasty, 1 challenge on CUT, not a high school game on Road to Glory.
