Roster update & Team Builder Error
When I start up the game I keep getting a message that says:
”An Error has occurred while downloading the latest roster.” I try to redo it multiple times and it won’t work. Finally I just said no. I’ll then go into Road to CFBP and spam the retry button until it works. Then when I try to queue up a game, it just has me waiting for at this point 15 minutes for a match.
However my biggest issue I am having is with online Dynasty Team Builder Leagues. I joined one the other day and now it is saying every time I try to access it, “Team Builder import process failed. Returned to the Main Menu”. This is frustrating as I cannot play the dynasty anymore due to this error.
What is being done about this and what can I do to fix it on my end? The only workaround I have seen somewhat work is if I utilize my hotspot connection for network connection to my Xbox and load up. Which is not optimal for gaming as the speed is slow & it ends up kicking me out anyway. Why would a hotspot connection work but hardwired wifi doesn’t?
I keep seeing on Reddit that I will not get a response so I won’t hold y breath… but fix this or provide us with a solution.
