Still No Access To Pre-order Rewards For UT - 7/13

I preordered the deluxe edition of cfb 26 well before April 29th months ago and had early access and started playing on the first day of pre release (July 7th)  minutes after the launch and have been playing every day since. My friend and I both preordered the same exact thing, but he got access to everything as promised, yet the only thing I gained access to was the coach points in dynasty and early access, but nothing for ultimate team. It’s been almost a week and I still have not received any points or players that are supposed to be included. I haven’t even received any sort of update from support for the case I submitted other than it was “received”, which was almost a week ago as well. I want my rewards and/or some sort of makeup because I paid extra for all of it and haven’t received what was promised, and those rewards could have been beneficial for my gameplay experience especially during the pre-release and official release periods of the game.

    Im very sad to see you got no reply to this. Im also missing game content and having major issues getting anyone from EA to even speak to me.

    It just doesn’t make sense to me how I can receive my rewards for dynasty, but not for ultimate team. I don’t even really care about the players anymore because they’re not gonna be able to help me at this point, but the missing like $40 worth of points that were definitely a big part of the pre-order is what bugs me cause that can absolutely still help my team, and I am NOT spending a single dime on this horrible game. It’s like they know what they’re doing with this “bug” to try to get people to spend more.

    **UPDATE**

    2 Weeks later, FOURTEEN DAYS LATER, I still have not received my content, or even a single word, response, or sliver of help from Ea or Ea help. My tickets are marked as “fixed” but absolutely nothing has been even glanced at by them, and I still haven’t gotten what I paid extra and preordered for. Genuinely the worst company known to mankind, and that says something when diamond mines and sweat shops exist
