T1 motivator skill breaks recruiting

Hey all- so carrying over the skill points from off season recruiting and then dumping them in skill caps, with just moving a few player positions (with the cap nerfs) completely breaks recruiting. I could fully recruit anyone I wantedin week 0 with no hours spent. It’s wild.

in the images below I jumped to the top of a board I was unlisted and used 0 hours (clay)…this is with me not even trying to min max this, it was pretty casually done. 

the other (Tangelo) shows after one week with the trick vs without (same from week 0 to week 1).  And another with USC to show how far you can move it week 0 with zero hours invested.

This trivializes all online leagues if this can be abused and makes recruiting a 2 week affair. it needs a hard yearly cap or something for each position
