Team Builder Site Still "Under Maintenance"?

According to EA, whatever updates or maintenance that was occurring in the past 24 hours or so is completed. However, the Team Builder site still states that it is under maintenance.  When will it be back up and running? And will there be any changes/additions to team builder?

    Figures….always happens when I have a good idea for a new team. Hopefully they will address the issue soon.
