Thursday patch notes again with nothing to help crashing
When will we get some info? It has been weeks now and we still can’t play. Again, Microsoft denied my refund request. What am I supposed to do?

Was crashing mid 1st qtr for me. Just tried again and had to sim the game because it crashed, again, in the transition to 2nd qtr. Never had this issue with CFB25 and most of 26 until yesterday. Wtf.
There no hope to be found here. This is the place where EA has allowed us to gather, commune with and be seen by others who share the same circumstance. Yes theyve allowed us this space while they sit back and pretend to the rest of the internet that we do not exist. However please don't be fooled. They have expressed zero empathy or willingness to solve our concern.
You guys should visit other threads and see how helpful the moderators are to those people.
