We just want a realistic timeline for crashing fix

Please give a realistic timeline for when the game crashing during every game is going to be fixed for console. Both Xbox and PS5 (tons of people) are reporting it. We know you’re gathering data. We...

EA_Kent​ GIVE AN UPDATE!  
please tell me all developers didn’t just go home for weekend and will pick it back up on Monday.   That’s not how business works when you have completely broken products…. Should be war room all hands on deck can’t leave til it’s fixed.
