3v3 Squads Does Not Work!!!

EA_Mako​EA_Kent​  since the moderators refuse to acknowledge squads being unplayable and the developers won’t fix it, can you let us know how we request a full refund for our purchase of this game? It is unplayable, which has been made well aware to EA sports, and they refuse to fix it. Please provide us with the steps to get our money back for buying this game
