Rewards not tracking in this weeks Hall of records H2H event.
I’ve won 4 games so far and have not received the rewards for level 1 and level 2. It also says the total number of games played is 1. Why are my wins tracking but rewards an games played not? Seems like there has been an issue with events as of late. This isn’t the only event I’ve had issues with. None of my wins counted during the rush events. I’ve tried opening tickets and it gets no where. What is going on EA? Why is your content in CUT broken.Players did not return on Cam Newton Set
I completed the cam newton set on cfb 26 ultimate team and did not get my players back. Set is listed as “items returned upon completion”. Playing on Xbox series x. I have tried using the chat help bot 3 times and gotten absolutely nowhere this is incredibly frustrating I spent over a million coins to complete the set and feel cheated. I can’t use the upgrade tokens on Dallas Clark. When I click the upgrade tab it says find items instead of giving me the option to apply them. He’s stuck on 95 and I have three unused tokens to max him out. Any tips on how to fix this? I’ve tried taking him out of my lineup.Devin Neal Upgrade Tokens not showing up in store
I have enough season 7 currency to buy the next token but do not see it any more in the store. My Devin Neal card still has four openings available. Please fix this. Not sure why this was not fixed in the Thursday updates yesterday as I see many others having the same issue.No access into my EA account and not allowing me to play anything
In order to play ultimate team it looks like you must have an active EA account. The email on this account is invalid and not able to be accessed. Is there anyway to change this to my other email which also happens to have an EA account. If you all could merge this that would be great but seems to not accept my email because I have another EA account added with it. I have spent more money on this ultimate team that probably the game itself. I will be livid if this is not fixed and be taking this to higher up if not escalated quickly enough because time is ticking when it comes to doing the Season levels.
