Account banned for no reason

I went to get on CFB 26 tonight and only came to find out I have been banned. Have absolutely no idea why or how. I have literally done nothing to cheat this game and they didn’t even give me a reason. Now I have to wait a month to hear back from this game.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then 'm afraid I can only ask for patience until they get back to you about this. You can always check the status of your dispute here, just be careful that you don't resume the case as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to look into it.

You might not be able to help with bans on the forum, but you ABSOLUTELY can and SHOULD be raising this issue internally to EA that they have an unintended problem with the New Years event event that needs to be fixed, resulting in mass false bans. This is not the first post in the last 2 days on the issue
Saying you “can’t help” is lazy and inaccurate.

You can attempt to help by telling someone that there are a good amount of people banned for just playing the event. Nobody did anything wrong, but because you allow some automated system to ban people this happened. Maybe review this stuff manually before you take the game away from people.
