Account banned
Can not access my ultimate team account but it says my account has no volition when I check account status. So I can it make a ban ticket. Have no idea what is going on

Have you been playing the New Year New Crew event? or CFB Solos against the CPU? Appears that the EA anti-cheat system is flagging legit players as "bots" (not even sure how one does that on an XBOX or Playstation) and banning them for cheating. Basically you are winning too much/too quickly against the CPU -
