BIG 10 Conference Clash

Myself, along with several other CFB 26 players did not receive their 89+ packs for their 8th and 12th wins in the event.  More importantly; however, we also did not receive their conference tour souvenir token for the 15th win.  Without this token, users will be unable to redeem the 93 overall Jordyn Tyson. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be your #1 priority to make right for those who are looking forward to this card.  Thanks.
