Colin Simmons in Collection

I have all 11 cards for the Ryan Williams collection (Conference Tour Ultimate…) but Colin Simmons (not in lineup, not upgraded, in my items) is showing as “item is not eligible for any sets”. HELP!!!!!! Was 3 mil now he’s 2.5. Im losing a lot and ea hasn’t responded to my help ticket. Now Van Wells is also not registering wtf.
