College football lineup error message

I’ve been going on a week with this problem and can somebody or the EA server please fix the game or can we get our money back or something because this is some messed up I haven’t been able to adjust my lineup on college football for a week now it keeps giving me this error message every time I click it and it’s also kicking me out too
