Conference clash big 10 rewards

i got 2 86+ packs and thats all when there not even listed as rewards

I got makerights except the sticker. I need Big 10 sticker for set. I got 15 wins

I put in a case and I got like 15 conference packs for I guess the inconvenience? Which was really nice considering the amount of time I sat waiting on someone to answer me and the one time the guy disconnected me after one sec saying I wasnt answering him. But I two didnt get the token so wont be able to get the player at the end of the season....? And why isnt EA answering us. Not even a mod
