Connection

Hello, I've not been able to get on Ultimate team for 2 days now. Keeps giving me the same error and doesn't connect to server. After the 2nd error the game freezes . I'm not banned, my Internet is fine. I've restored license, and redownloaded the game. What else can I do?  EA is doing absolutely nothing to help me
